Das Gastronorm-System (GN) ist das Maßraster der Profiküche: GN 1/1 = 530 × 325 mm, teilbar in 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6 und 1/9. Behälter, Kombidämpfer, Kühltische und Bain-Maries greifen ineinander. 2MC Gastro liefert GN-Behälter in Edelstahl und Polycarbonat, Deckel, Einsätze sowie Wagen für Transport und Lagerung.
