Crank handle made of aluminium.

Tilting tank for easy unloading of the meat.

Double safety locking to prevent accidental dislodging during operation.

Manual drive with removable crank handle.

Available in 2 drive system versions, depending on the model.

- 282168: without gear system for simple and faster mixing. One full turn of the handle rotates the stirrers once. Suitable for approx. 6.5–7 kg of meat.

- 282281 and 282908: with gear system for slower, more controlled mixing with less effort when working with heavier meat mixtures. 3 turns of the handle rotate the stirrers once. Suitable for approx. 13 kg (282281) or 25 kg (282908) of meat.

Removable meat tank and stirrer for thorough cleaning.

Cover with handle for the tank included.
